	Howard Plaut Managing Director Appointed in December 2007, Howard has overall responsibility for the management and direction of the company. In addition to maintaining our position as leader in the field of furniture for education, Howard is also focused o continuing to build our developing reputation for innovation and creativity.

	Allan Clow Finance Director Allan rejoined Havelock in 2000 after a previous 3 year spell in the nineties. He is a CIMA qualified accountant and is currently responsible for all financial matters relating to the Retail Interiors Division, Clean Air and ESA McIntosh.

	Iain Borthwick Strategy Director Using his experience of the market gained by managing sales and projects in the core education business over the last few years, Iain concentrates on the strategic development of the business. This includes ensuring that we have the right product and service offering now and in the future as well developing the structures and processes within the business to deliver our goal of providing the best environments for learning.

	Donna Aird Customer Services Manager Donna leads our busy Customer Service team, the people who arrange for your quotations and drawings to be sent out. Donna is also responsible for processing orders, 'supply only' projects and dealing with any other customer enquiries

	Moira Inglis Sales Support Manager Reporting to our Sales Director, Moira takes care of the reporting and analysis for our sales team.

	Lynda Dean Sales Coordination Manager Lynda ensures that our sales team have the latest information and backup required to provide a first rate service to our customers.

	Roy Kingsland Estimating Manager As the leader of the estimating team - a group of 12 people dedicated to the task - Roy is responsible for progressing our projects from the initial enquiry through to order receipt, before passing them on to project management and manufacturing.

	Scott Gilchrist Sales Drawing Manager Scott heads the operation of the team which provides our room layouts and space plans, ensuring that we provide a consistently excellent design service. Scott currently has 14 designers working for him on numerous upcoming projects.

	Ramsay McDonald Sales Director Ramsay is one of our most experienced sales managers and a widely known figure in the industry. He leads a specialist team whose main focus is in working with developers to deliver the next generation of PPP, PFI and Building Schools for the Future initiatives.

	John Gaughan Commercial Director As well as being the link in the chain between PPP sales and PPP operations, ensuring a smooth and complete handover of our projects, John is also responsible for the estimating and commercial surveying teams.

	John McCaughie Operations Director John leads our team of Project Mangers delivering non PFI business & key BSF projects. Working to achieve handovers within tight schedules his team ensure a high quality of delivery and client satisfaction.

	Lindsay Aird Production Director Lindsay leads our Production team and is responsible for all matters associated with our manufacturing facility. When an order has been placed, Lindsay and his team ensure that all of the required items are available on time and in line with our exacting quality standards.

	Iain Adamson Projects Director Appointed in September 2007, Iain has direct responsibility for ensuring the delivery of all projects to time and costs, and for ensuring that the high standards that ESA McIntosh prides itself on delivering are maintained.

	Adam Anderson Product Manager Adam leads our Product Development team, bringing together customer research, design and value engineering to introduce and continually improve innovative furniture for education.
